摘 要
近年來,隨著中國經濟的迅猛發展，汽車銷量每年顯著增加，汽車故障也越來越多，所以對維修人員的技術要求也越來越高。本文主要介紹了雪鐵龍世嘉發動機的常見故障的檢測和修理方法。雪鐵龍世嘉每年的銷量很大，在工作的幾個月中我也對一些常見故障有了一定的了解，因此本文將對常見的故障和案例進行分析來學習雪鐵龍世嘉發動機常見故障的檢修方法。
本文主要以雪鐵龍世嘉轎車發動機的常見故障為主要內容，對雪鐵龍世嘉轎車發動機的基本構造和工作原理的介紹為輔。在簡單細致的了解發動機的基本構造和工作原理的基礎上展開了對雪鐵龍世嘉轎車發動機的常見故障的檢修的分析，簡單的列舉了列舉了雪鐵龍世嘉轎車常見的故障，以及檢修的方法。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the domestic economy, the car began to enter the ordinary family, the knowledge of car maintenance is becoming more and more important. This paper introduces the general simple detection of Citroen Sega engine repair method. Citroen Sega is a global hot models, in 4S shop internship gives me more practical understanding of some of the common faults, this will be the common malfunction analysis and case to elaborate the Citroen Sega common faults of engine maintenance.
In this paper, the common faults of the Citroen C4 sedan engine as main content, the Citroen, Sega sedan engine the basic structure and working principle of introduction as a supplement. Analysis of the common faults of the Citroen C4 sedan engine overhaul is carried out on the basis of basic structure and working principle of the simple and detailed understanding of the engine, simple lists lists the Citroen Sega common fault and maintenance method.

1.1 本課題的目的和意義
發動機是汽車的動力源，是汽車的心臟，汽車的一些基本技術效能都直接或間接地與發動機的相關效能相聯系。因此發動機故障的檢測對整車效能的了解至關重要。
隨著越來越多的雪鐵龍世嘉走進人們的視野，由於發動機引起的故障問題越發的突出。這其中的故障問題困擾著初入汽修廠的同學們。
本文主要從雪鐵龍世嘉 的發動機TU5JP4的概述，以及常見故障的簡單檢測修理方法來總結本次實習的經驗。
1.2 本課題應解決的主要問題及技術要求
電控發動機的內部構造非常復雜，如果發動機出現了問題，復雜的系統訊號數據和模糊的故障問題，會擾亂我們的檢修過程，很難一次找到正確的故障原因，所以，我們要全方位的熟悉發動機各組成部份的結構和工作過程，熟悉每一個結構的作用，根據具體的故障現象結合相關的技術知識、經驗，制定出切實可行而又經濟的維修方案，達到排除故障的目的。
