入耳式耳機大概分四類：

1. 深入耳道型

深入耳道型的技術重點是：捏緊（海綿套）、另一只手（從腦後）向後拉耳廓、張嘴、旋轉
拉耳廓和張嘴是為了入得更深；旋轉可以讓耳塞套與耳道結合緊密妥帖；捏緊是使用海綿套深入耳道的前提，尤其是Comply海綿套，並且有助於 明顯延長Comply的使用壽命 。
我強烈建議所有使用深入耳道式耳塞的同學，都換成康佩來Comply海綿套，也就是所謂的C套。
