我家的貓得了冠狀病毒怎麽辦?

這可以是 貓腸道冠狀病毒（FCoV） 可以是 貓傳染性腹膜炎病毒（FIPV） 。

前者 廣泛存在 於貓的腸道中且有 強傳染性 ，後者具有 極強的致死性 ^[1] 。

傳染性有多強呢，如果一群貓中有 一只為陽性 ，那麽這群貓中的 9成已經被感染了 。

而 病毒性腸炎與傳染性腹膜炎呈現高度關聯性 ... ^{[2] [3]}

遺憾的是， FCoV與FIPV之間沒有明顯的界限。

2012年，貓傳腹研究泰鬥Neils C Pedersen教授研究發現 FIPV其實是FCoV的變種 。 ^[4]

變異之前， FCoV 只能引起一些 胃腸炎癥 ，是一種 「自限性疾病（Self-limited Disease）」 ，病程可以自行停止，腸道上的損傷也能自愈 。

但一旦貓咪抵抗力降低，FCoV就會大量復制，像新冠病毒一樣，復制多了，難免出現變異——於是就有了FIPV ^{[5] [6] [7] [8]} 。

而 FIPV 引發的疾病，就是令諸多獸醫頭禿、鏟屎官聞風喪膽的 傳染性腹膜炎（FIP） 。

也正因此， FIP多發於抵抗力低的幼貓（＜1歲）和老貓（＞11
